Common questions
- How much does RAM servicing cost in Australia?
- Our RAM 1500 minor service is fixed at $469 and RAM 2500 and 3500 HD servicing is $599. Both include premium Penrite oil to full factory capacity, OEM filters, a full inspection and a logbook stamp.
- How much does Silverado servicing cost?
- Silverado 1500 minor servicing is $469 fixed. Silverado 2500HD and 3500HD are $599 because the 6.6L Duramax takes considerably more oil and heavier-duty filtration.
- Will servicing outside the dealer void my warranty?
- No. Under Australian Consumer Law any qualified workshop can carry out logbook servicing provided manufacturer-specified parts and fluids are used and the work is recorded. We stamp the book every time.
- How often should an American truck be serviced?
- Every 12,000 km or 12 months for most models. We recommend shortening that to around 10,000 km or 6–12 months for trucks towing caravans or boats regularly, because towing heat degrades oil, transmission fluid and DPF performance faster.
